SkySlope Pricing (2026): What Buyers Report vs Paperless Pipeline

SkySlope shares a few starting prices, but most brokerages only learn their real cost from a sales quote. This page lays out what's public, what to ask, what drives the number up, and how per-transaction pricing with unlimited users compares.

How SkySlope pricing is typically sold

SkySlope is built for brokerages and franchises that want a full suite: transaction management, e-sign, and accounting. Like many tools aimed at larger offices, it's sold through a sales team. You book a call, share your agent count and volume, and get a quote.

That makes it hard to compare before you talk to anyone. The public pricing page has shown a Suite "starts at" price and a standalone e-sign price. What your office would actually pay depends on things the page doesn't list: users, offices, add-ons, and contract length.

None of that is a knock on SkySlope. It's just a different way to buy. If you want to know your number before a sales call, you need to know which questions to ask.

Published vs what buyers ask

Figures below were observed on skyslope.com/pricing in July 2026. They can change at any time. Verify with SkySlope before you decide.

Suite price

Published: A “starts at” figure (observed as $340/mo on skyslope.com/pricing, July 2026)

Ask: What's included at that price, and what raises it?

E-sign

Published: DigiSign listed standalone (observed as $6.25/mo, July 2026)

Ask: Is DigiSign included in my Suite quote or billed separately?

Accounting / commissions

Published: Books listed as quote-only

Ask: What does Books add to my monthly total?

Setup / onboarding

Published: Not published

Ask: Is there a setup or migration fee?

Contract

Published: No long-term contract required (SkySlope's buyer's guide, October 2026)

Ask: Term length, auto-renewal, and cancellation terms?

Users

Published: Not published

Ask: Does price change when I add agents, admins, or offices?

Buyer-reported ranges: third-party pricing sites have reported multi-office quotes of roughly $1,000–$5,000/mo (PricingNow, March 2026) and per-agent estimates near $10/agent/mo (Leanprop). These are buyer-reported, not official. Verify with the vendor.

Cost drivers: seats, transactions, add-ons, contracts

Whatever tool you look at, these four things decide the real monthly cost.

Seats

Many tools price by user. That means every new agent, admin, or assistant raises the bill, even in a slow month. Ask whether admins and TCs count as seats.

Transactions

Some quotes are built on deal volume. That can be fairer for growing offices, but check what counts as a transaction and what happens in a busy month.

Add-ons

E-sign, accounting, commission tools, and extra storage are often sold on top of the core product. Add them all up before you compare totals.

Contracts

A lower monthly rate on a multi-year contract can cost more than a higher rate you can cancel. Ask for the full term cost, not just the monthly number.

FAQ

SkySlope pricing questions

How much does SkySlope cost?

SkySlope doesn't publish a full price list. Its pricing page has listed a Suite starting price and a standalone DigiSign price, but most brokerages get a custom quote. Treat any number you see online, including the ones on this page, as a starting point and confirm it with SkySlope.

Does SkySlope charge per agent?

Some buyers report quotes that scale with agent count. SkySlope doesn't publish how its quotes are built, so ask your rep directly whether price changes as you add agents or admins.

Is there a SkySlope free trial?

SkySlope doesn't advertise a self-serve free trial on its pricing page. Paperless Pipeline offers a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card.

Does SkySlope require an annual contract?

SkySlope's own buyer's guide says Suite pricing starts at $340 per month with no long-term contract required (checked October 2026). Ask for the term length, renewal date and cancellation policy in writing before you sign. Paperless Pipeline has no contract. You can change plans or cancel any time.

How is Paperless Pipeline priced?

By new transactions per month, not by seat. Plans start at $69/month for up to 5 new transactions. Every plan includes unlimited users, and there's no setup fee. Every tier is listed on the pricing page.

What happens if my volume changes month to month?

On Paperless Pipeline, you're billed for the transactions you add that month. Transactions and users added in earlier months don't count again. You can move between plans as production goes up or down.

Can I move my old files from SkySlope?

Yes. New customers can add all current and closed transactions during their first paid month, and free onboarding help is included.
