Search and Assign Agents, Easily Create Checklist Templates

We achieve this not by making sweeping changes, but by making tiny improvements that enables our software to better fit the way you work.

This article highlights two features that exemplify this. One feature lets you better manage and assign agents, while the other allows you to easily create checklist templates.

Agent Assignments

Now, you can also search for agents when assigning them to transactions. Here’s how to do so:

  1. Click “add transaction” in the top right corner
  2. Fill in the field titled: “transaction name or property address”
  3. Click on the drop-down menu under “status” and choose the transaction’s status.
  4. Next, scroll down to the “Assign Agents” field and start typing the name of your agent. 
  5. A drop-down menu will appear suggesting the names of agents.
  6. If you can see the name of the agent you wish to assign then click it. If not, then continue typing the agent’s name to narrow down the list.
  7. Click the checkbox to make them the selling or listing agent in the transaction.
  8. Once you have completed the fields listed above, you can click “Add Transaction” to save. The other fields can all be filled out at a later time by editing the transaction.

Duplicate Checklist Templates

Here’s how to duplicate an existing checklist template. It’s important to note that once you have created a checklist template, you still need to assign it to a transaction.

  1. Click on “Checklists” under “Templates” in the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. You’ll be presented with a list of checklist templates. Find the one you wish to copy and click the actions icon on the right-hand side. 
  3. A drop-down menu will appear. Click “Copy Template”. The copied template will now appear in the list.
  4. All tasks will be carried over to the new checklist where you can change the location, checklist name, and create additional tasks as needed. To do this, choose “Edit Template” in the actions icon menu.
  5. The checklist will now appear in your list of checklist templates. You can add it to a transaction by navigating to a transaction and clicking the “Add Checklist” button on the right-hand side. 
  6. You can also reorder your checklists within a transaction by clicking and holding the title. Newly created checklists will appear at the top.
