Good 2 Go Properties and Services Plan to Scale from 5 to 70 Agents Using Paperless Pipeline

Good 2 Go Properties & Services is a real estate sales and property services business based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

The business aims to be a one-stop-shop providing complementary services such as inspection, repair and insurance, on top of real estate sales. 

This makes buying and selling property quicker, cheaper, and easier for their clients. 

The brokerage is relatively new, having launched in August 2022. So far, it has five agents, but it plans to scale up to 70.

Michael Greer, one of the business’s managing partners, had used Paperless Pipeline as an agent at a previous brokerage. He wanted to use it at his own brokerage so he signed up for a free trial. 

Michael says that when he first started the business, its processes were largely manual. This was to test these processes out while the brokerage got started. 

But with plans for rapid expansion, the business is now using Paperless Pipeline to automate all aspects of its transaction management.

Michael says he likes the way Paperless Pipeline’s checklists can be customized to suit individual agents, brokerages, offices, or states.  

You can set role-based permissions

Michael also likes how Paperless Pipeline simplifies things for users by only showing them what they need to see. He has hired a transaction coordinator and given them permission to review all documents. This allows him and the management team to be more hands-off with everyday processes and focus on strategic tasks.

Flexible integration

One of Paperless Pipeline’s biggest selling points for Michael was allowing agents to use whatever software they like for tasks like e-signatures, forms, and contracts. The only rule is that agents have to upload everything to Paperless Pipeline. 

It’s intuitive

Michael likes that Paperless Pipeline provides plenty of training videos and tutorials. However, he didn’t need most of them because the software is so intuitive. He quickly set it up and then handed it to his transaction coordinator.

It saves time

Paperless Pipeline allows busy brokers to save time. Communicating over transactions is seamless for Michael and his team—if anyone needs to be notified of anything on a specific transaction, this can be done via Pipeline. The most common notifications can be automated to make managing transactions fast and watertight.

Fast, easy compliance

Paperless Pipeline also provides Good 2 Go with a single source of truth for all transactions. If Michael or any of his colleagues need to check what stage a transaction is up to he only has to check Paperless Pipeline.

This is great when it comes to compliance. Michael knows that all transactions will have all regulatory documents signed and stored. If he needs to access them—for example, during an audit—he knows he can bring everything up in just a couple of clicks. 

What’s Next?

Good 2 Go Properties & Services charges agents a flat commission fee of just $250 per transaction. 

Not only is this attractive to agents, but it also gives them the option to offer commission rebates to clients—giving them an advantage over their competitors.

At the moment, Good 2 Go’s agents are currently submitting forms to request commission payments. However, Michael is testing out Paperless Pipeline’s commission module to automate these payments in the future.
