Automatic discovery of transaction sides

Need to know which side of the transaction your office represents?

Don’t lift that finger! The system will now automatically detect whether a transaction is on Listing Side, Buying Side, or both.

This is detected based on the side to which the agents of the transaction are associated. Learn more about Sides here →

Receive email notifications when agents add documents

Want to be notified when an agent adds a doc to a transaction?

Admins can now subscribe to receive an email whenever an agent adds a document to a transaction. To subscribe, go to your profile, check “Receive notification when agent assigns document,” and Save. Learn more here →

Auto-assign checklists based on Transaction Sides

The auto-detected sides above can now be used during auto-assignment of checklists to transactions.

When defining checklist auto-assignment rules, you can now choose the transaction’s side as one of the triggers along with the transaction’s label and status.

Agents can add transaction labels

Admins, you no longer have to manage transaction labels for your agents’ active listings. They can now add labels on their own.

Agents can now add labels to their transactions from the Edit Transaction page provided that there’s no existing label on the transaction, and the transaction is in either an Active status or a Listing status. Previously, agents were not allowed to add a label on the Edit Transaction page.

Merging docs just got easier!

We’ve made merging docs as simple and  fun as it can get.

Merge documents with fewer clicks right from the Transaction page.

Smart linking of checklist tasks to documents

Locate checklist tasks that correspond to required docs in a flash and without scrolling!

When checklist auto-scrolling is turned on, opening a document’s preview will now position the checklist to the first task that matches that previewed doc’s name, and automatically highlight that task for you. See how it works here →

Track Listing Dates of Transactions

Listing dates are here!

You can now add  listing dates on transactions. And relative due dates on checklist tasks may now be based on listing dates.

Improved editing of document names

The inline editing of document names has undergone several enhancements and fixes to make it work better.

Search by Transaction Creator

Ever wanted to find a transaction created by a specific person?

Search transactions by creator name using the new search operator (example: creator: Jane Smith).

Smarter previews during Break Apart

Smartly preview the page of interest while breaking docs apart.

When you type in a page number on the break-apart page, the document preview will automatically be advanced to that page.

Better feedback from on-page data operations

Know that your progress is saved securely every time.

When you check docs as reviewed, rename transaction docs, check off a task or perform any other on-page operations, a prominent, red “Saving…” box will be shown on the top right corner. When the box disappears, you can rest assured that your changes were duly saved.

And scores of little bug fixes and improvements!
