The brokerage was launched in 2022 by Kesha Kennedy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesha has worked in real estate for 17 years, having been a broker for the last four.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team consists of five agents\u2014four based in Georgia and a fifth in Alabama. The brokerage is agent-focused and Kesha helps her agents to be as productive as they can by providing them with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Marketing tools and tech<\/li><li>Education and training via lunch-and-learns and guest speakers<\/li><li>A fee-based tiered commission structure&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before Paperless Pipeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesha first came across Paperless Pipeline while working at her previous brokerage and enjoyed using the software.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, when she started her own business, an associate recommended Skyslope to her instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesha found that Skyslope was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Not as user-friendly as Paperless Pipeline<\/li><li>Too expensive<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The latter point was a serious issue. Kesha couldn\u2019t grow her business in the way that she wanted to. A fee-based tiered commission structure is great for aiding agent productivity. But it also means that calculating commission can be tricky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now Paperless Pipeline does all of that for Kesha. And she can access monthly reports so she can determine how well her agents are doing and when they will cross commission thresholds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing that enables growth&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesha also appreciates Paperless Pipeline\u2019s pricing. Now she only pays for what she uses and can upgrade or downgrade her plan whenever she wants to. This makes it great for new brokerages like Kesha\u2019s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, Paperless Pipeline costs her half what she paid for Skyslope, which allowed her to bring on new agents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remote transaction management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, as the name suggests, Paperless Pipeline manages transactions digitally. This is perfect for modern brokerages that cover wide areas or have agents working remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legacy South covers the whole of Atlanta, which means its agents could travel up to an hour out of the city center.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Paperless Pipeline, Kesha\u2019s agents don\u2019t need to keep returning to the office. They can access and submit all their documents from any device, anywhere. This is especially useful given one agent operates in Alabama.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWhen I opened my brokerage I heard other software was better. But now I\u2019m back because of the ease of Paperless Pipeline\u2014it\u2019s just so user-friendly.
