Asheville Realty Group is a boutique brokerage based in Asheville, North Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business was started in 2009 when Bobbie Baxter gathered a team of knowledgeable local agents to start her own business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, Asheville Realty Group was taken over by Hadley Cropp. As the new owner, Hadley focused on a rebrand of the company and changed its approach to marketing. Today Asheville Realty Group has a strong social media presence and a blog that provides tips and information to buyers and sellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This helped Asheville to almost double its number of employees and clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83d\udcbc Asheville Realty Group currently employs around 40 dedicated real estate agents and a number of administrative personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfd8\ufe0f These agents are experts in their field and specialize in residential real estate, luxury properties, and everything in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before Paperless Pipeline<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcc8 The brokerage began to experience strong sales growth. This meant that its agents had to access more information and documents, as well as be able to store it all on a secure database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They needed to find a more efficient and streamlined way to manage their administrative processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
