You can still adjust individual docs&#8217; permission categories if needed. <a href=\"http:\/\/help.paperlesspipeline.com\/help\/allow-quick-selection-of-categories-when-assigning-or-uploading-docs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn how this works here\u00a0\u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlight a user&#8217;s tasks using @name and @role:<\/strong> Admins can make tasks look more prominent for users or groups of users by mentioning their name or role in the task. This is called an @mention. @mentioned tasks appear highlighted on the transaction page, tasks page, and in emails whenever the mentioned user is viewing those tasks. <a href=\"http:\/\/help.paperlesspipeline.com\/help\/highlight-a-persons-task-by-mentioning-them\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Learn how this works here\u00a0\u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shared email templates:<\/strong> Admin staff can now share their email (and note) templates with other admins. To share a template, click your name on the top right corner, then Personal Profile, then Email Templates from the left-hand side menu. Now click the name of the template you wish to share, then check the box next to &#8220;Share with other admins&#8221; and click &#8220;Save Template&#8221;. That template will now be available to other admins when they are creating a transaction note\/email. <a href=\"http:\/\/help.paperlesspipeline.com\/help\/shared-email-templates\" target=\"_blank\" download for a transaction&#8217;s contacts &#8211; now a v-card is available for the transaction&#8217;s agents too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>View contact update activity in the transaction&#8217;s
