Checklist functions, emailing of docs, and all your favorite features now work great on touch-screens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Custom Labels for Transactions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ever wanted to identify and pull up a group of similar transactions? (E.g., all residential listings, rentals, new constructions, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>You can now categorize your transactions using custom labels. Use them to mark a transaction as a rental, sale, commercial listing, residential listing, condominium, office space, parking lot, etc. You can filter and search transactions based on a label.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Labels on Transaction Docs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ve asked for a way to identify specific documents in transactions (for example, all docs missing signatures).<\/p>\n<p>So now your favorite color-coded, customizable working doc labels are available on transaction docs. And when a labeled working doc gets assigned to a transaction, that label will get seamlessly carried over.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standardized Document Names<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When assigning docs to their transactions, agents often use inconsistent doc names. Renaming docs across hundreds of transactions can be very time consuming for admins.<\/p>\n<p>Standardized Doc Names make it easy for your agents and admins to comply with your company&#8217;s document naming conventions. When users add documents to a transaction, they can select a name from your company&#8217;s predefined list of standard document names. Standardized doc names are not enforced &#8212; your users will be able to enter a different name in cases where a standard name is not applicable to a doc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatically Assign Checklist Templates to Transactions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Agents often forget to apply checklists to their transactions or assign the wrong checklist. This creates a lot of extra work for admins.<\/p>\n<p>Checklist auto-assignment saves time for your admins (and keeps your agents from making the above mistakes), bringing more reliability to your transaction management workflow &#8212; and you don&#8217;t have to lift a finger!<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how it works: Pipeline can now assign a checklist template to a transaction automatically whenever the transaction&#8217;s status (or label) changes to a desired value. For example, whenever any transaction moves to a Pending status, you can have the system automatically assign the &#8220;Pending Offer&#8221; checklist template to that transaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>More Powerful Interface for Emailing Docs &amp; Creating Notes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Need to send emails without attachments to outside contacts?<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve now combined the [Send Note] and [Email Docs] features into one simple but powerful interface. This means you can now send notes (with or without attached docs) to outside contacts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reusable Message Templates for Notes &amp; Email<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do you find yourself typing the same set of messages on different transactions every day?<\/p>\n<p>Reusable messages save loads of time for your agents and admins by giving them the ability to save and recall their frequently sent messages with one click.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Even More Features!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember, when we promised this release is <i>fully loaded<\/i>? So stay tuned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sorting for Unreviewed \/ Unentered Docs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new sorting feature on Unreviewed and Unentered docs allows you to better prioritize and determine the urgency of documents during the review process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Billing History Page<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Master Admins will appreciate having quick access to account usage and billing trends through the new billing history section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Export Contacts as a Spreadsheet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Need to send a mass email to all contacts in the system?<\/p>\n<p>Master Admins can now export contacts across all transactions as a spreadsheet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bulk Assignment of Working Doc Labels<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assign labels to multiple docs at once and save time!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Account Usage Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The reports section provides Master Admins visibility into how their staff and agents use Pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>The Total Usage report gives an easy-to-read monthly snapshot of account-wide activity while the Usage by Agent report breaks down activity by user.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zip Code Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pipeline now automatically extracts zip codes from transaction names for subsequent reporting and searching. Just make sure that your transaction\u2019s name ends with a zip code (for example: 221B Baker Street, NY 10968) and the system will extract and associated that zip code with the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Email Co-Op\/Outside Agents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whenever your transaction has an outside co-op agent, you can now record their email address, and easily email messages to them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carry Over Checklists to New Offers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When creating a new offer, you can now choose whether you\u2019d like checklists to be copied over. Note that checklist tasks visible only to selling agents will never be carried over.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Custom Help for Transaction Page<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Promote standard transaction naming conventions by customizing instructions to display below the transaction name field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Search Working Docs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Several new search options on workings docs allow you to quickly find the docs you need.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sorting &amp; Searching on Tasks Page<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Task sorting and searching allows admins to efficiently manage tasks for themselves and their agents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add Contacts, Merge Docs, and Upload Doc options have a better home<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Access these frequently used actions from a more intuitive location on the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>The [Add Contacts], [Merge Docs] and [Upload Doc] options are located on the mini-toolbar just above the document list.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction Checklist Collapses When all Tasks are Complete<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To keep your transaction view clutter-free, fully completed checklists will be automatically collapsed by default.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Colorful themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are three color schemes available to customize your Pipeline account\u2019s look and feel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redisplay alerts after they\u2019re auto-hidden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Just miss an alert that appeared on your screen?
