The new design established consistency across the application so agents and staff can learn something once\u2014and apply that to many tasks throughout Paperless Pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>Last year also brought big improvements to several key areas of Pipeline:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a title=\"Document Previews\" href=\"https:\/\/www.paperlesspipeline.com\/blog\/document-previews\">Document previews<\/a> are now high-resolution, really fast, and work with touch-screen phones and tablets.<\/li>\n<li>PDFs that are out-of-date or otherwise damaged are now automatically <a title=\"The PDF Fixer-Upper\" href=\"https:\/\/www.paperlesspipeline.com\/blog\/the-pdf-fixer-upper\">upgraded and repaired.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Pipeline\u2019s servers can now be monitored on the new <a title=\"Paperless Pipeline Status\" href=\"https:\/\/status.paperlesspipeline.com\/\">status page.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The number of real estate offices who rely on Paperless Pipeline for their transactions nearly doubled over the past year. Not bad for a product that already has something of a &#8220;cult following.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With 2012 behind us, it\u2019s time to think about our resolutions for the rest of 2013:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resolution 1: Big improvements<\/strong><br \/>\nNow that Pipeline is consistent and easy to use, it&#8217;s time to focus on building new things. The first of those improvements, <a title=\"Checklist Due Dates\" href=\"https:\/\/www.paperlesspipeline.com\/blog\/checklist-due-dates-are-here\">checklist due dates<\/a>, launched last week. Our team is already underway on more features we know your staff and agents are going to love. I\u2019m really excited about the things we\u2019re going to build together this year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resolution 2: Smart communication<\/strong><br \/>\nWe will focus on improving how we talk to offices who are newly interested, those who are just getting started, and even those who have been with us for years.
