One of our newest offices that use it is located in Texarkana, Texas &#8211; and here\u2019s what they had to say:<\/p>\n<p>We first talked to Jeannine, one of the agents at Coldwell Banker United. She was preparing for a presentation to talk about Paperless Pipeline with her broker, who was very excited about the idea. His top 5 producing agents learned that another office in Texarkana had implemented the system and was very happy with it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven their agents who have no computer savviness at all love it,\u201d Jeannine said.<\/p>\n<p>Jeannine had spent time talking with agents and explaining the benefits of Paperless Pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been working on them,\u201d Jeannine said. \u201cI want it and I\u2019ve told them that they\u2019ll never have to haul that box of stuff in your trunk anymore, or run to the office after-hours to look at what a contract says. It\u2019ll be as close as a laptop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Their broker also loves the idea of implementing Paperless Pipeline because it will free up their office assistant\u2019s time.
