The summer is heating up with new features recently added to Paperless Pipeline.
Paperless Pipeline New Features
Working Docs renamed to Unassigned Docs: The Working Docs section has been renamed to Unassigned Docs. This makes its purpose clearer to new users. It’s easier to explain to agents and admins that docs that are waiting to be assigned to transactions are held under the Unassigned section. Learn more about assigning docs to transactions here →
Automatically apply checklists to Dual-Sided transactions: When you have special checklists that need to be applied to transactions where your brokerage represents both sides, now you can automatically apply such checklists to transactions. Previously, you could apply them by Listing side or Selling side but not by Dual sides.
Commission Module Updates
Pipeline’s Commission Module simplifies tracking commission and generating insightful reports.
Agent Production Report: With this new report you can see pending and closed transaction statistics for all agents. To rank agents by a statistic, just sort the downloaded report by that column in your spreadsheet software. Learn more about the Agent Production Report here →
View transaction’s commission notes on Generate CDA page: Now during CDA generation, you can view as a “sticky note” the commission notes that agents or staff have added to the transaction.
The revamped CDA generation feature now allows you to:
- Specify listing and selling commission disbursements separately.
- Calculate multi-agent commission splits automatically: Say goodbye to your calculator.
- Allocate units and sales volume accurately for each side of a transaction.
